Unlike many conventionally grown oats, Mason’s Biodynamic Rolled Oats haven’t been stabilised, which means they have not been subject to steam before they are rolled, in order to retain the nutrients, vitamin content and beneficial enzymes that are found naturally in oats.
Demeter biodynamic certification requires years of soil structure development that goes far beyond just refraining from the use of chemical sprays.
