Situated at Dumbleyung in southern Western Australia, Eden Valley Biodynamic Farm is owned and farmed by the Lloyd family who practise ecologically-sustainable, traditional agriculture.
Eden Valley Biodynamic Farm produce is free of genetic modifications, chemicals and synthetic fertilisers. The farm is blessed with natural ridge boundaries to the north, west and south and man-made boundaries made up of either 40 metre road or railway reserves or double fenced shelterbelts. Any remaining boundaries are progressively planted with trees and double fenced to further minimise weed blow in and chemical spray drift onto the property. Solar power is used on the farm and at the flour mill and provides all the farm’s electricity needs and around 60 percent of the flour mill’s.
Not sure what to do with 12kgs of flour? Why not split an order with a friend and start a sourdough habit. Or refine your sponge cake baking skills and enter the local Royal Agriculture Society Show. You could join the CWA, or simply bake a bunch of muffins to make friends at the office. The world is your oyster when you have a large bag of flour on hand, and luckily we also sell large metal drums to store it all in.
