Situated at Dumbleyung in southern Western Australia, Eden Valley Biodynamic Farm is owned and farmed by the Lloyd family who practise ecologically-sustainable, traditional agriculture.
Eden Valley Biodynamic Farm produce is free of genetic modifications, chemicals and synthetic fertilisers. The farm is blessed with natural ridge boundaries to the north, west and south and man-made boundaries made up of either 40 metre road or railway reserves or double fenced shelterbelts. Any remaining boundaries are progressively planted with trees and double fenced to further minimise weed blow in and chemical spray drift onto the property. Solar power is used on the farm and at the flour mill and provides all the farm’s electricity needs and around 60 percent of the flour mill’s.
The Eden Valley Biodynamic Self Raising Flour is a delicate, stone-milled, natural white flour, made from a soft wheat variety and combined with aluminium free self-raising agents.

Best to store in an airtight container in a cool (10-12 degrees), dry place away from direct sunlight. You might even want to keep them in the fridge if you live in a warm climate. The flour should last for up to 12 months if stored correctly. See best before date.
